「ブラック企業」ってどんな会社？
みなさんは「ブラック企業」と聞いて、何を思い浮かべますか？
これは客にとって悪い会社ではなく、働く従業員にとって最悪な会社のことです。例えば、休みが全くなかったり、奴隷のように長時間働かされたりする会社を言います。
厄介なのは、外面がいい会社が多いことです。客として利用している時は「すごくいいサービスだな」と思っていても、いざ入社してみると「求人票に書いてあった条件と全然違う！」というケースも少なくありません。
精神を削る環境
私の友人に、実際にブラック企業で働いていた人がいます。毎日、上司から罵倒され、尊厳を傷つけられ、精神がすり減っていく様子は本当につらそうでした。
自分で仕事のペースを決められず、ただ命令に従うだけの環境では、心身ともに限界がきてしまいます。幸い、その友人は今、ホワイト企業に転職して平和に働いていますが、当時は生きているのが奇跡のような状態でした。
ブラック企業を避けるポイント
どうすれば、そんな会社に当たらずに済むのでしょうか。事前にチェックすべきポイントをまとめました。
- 残業の実態： 実際に何時間働いているのか。残業代は正しく支払われるのか。
- 有給休暇の消化率： 権利としてある休みを、気兼ねなく取れる雰囲気があるか。
- 離職率： すぐに人が辞めてしまう会社は、何らかの問題がある可能性が高いです。
事前にネットで評判を調べたり、面接でしっかり言質を取る（証拠になる言葉をもらう）ことが大切です。
仕事や会社に「夢」を見すぎない
どれだけ調査をしても、完璧な職場はありません。
